Celebrities are launching into the beauty industry which is ever ready to accommodate them. Just recently, news broke that Ariana Grande has filed for a trademark for a beauty line to be called “Thank U, Next.” Rihanna also recently announced her plans to expand her Fenty Beauty line to include skincare.
In the news this week is Hailey Bieber, formerly Baldwin, who has reportedly filed paperwork in anticipation of her release of cosmetics line and skincare products to come under the name “Bieber Beauty.”
According to reports, Hailey’s filing for the trademark of the brand name took place last week. The brand would reportedly cover cosmetics, hair products, and perfumes. Hailey decided to take up the last name of her husband soon after they got married and she has decided to use that same name for her trademark filing.
While speaking about how she’s been handling getting used to the name, she admitted to a media outlet that it took quite a while for her to adjust. She admitted that it’s quite strange.
Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber tied the knot last fall. The ceremony was a private event that took place in New York. Reports have it that they still plan to have another wedding ceremony later on.
Past Stint in the Beauty Industry
Hailey’s Bieber Beauty isn’t the first time that the couple would have something to do with beauty products. For example, Justin Bieber has had his own line of fragrances and perfumes since 2011, and some of the popular fragrances of the collection include Girlfriend and Someday.
Also, he has a nail polish line and even though he’s currently not forthcoming with anything new in the music industry, he recently launched a fashion line known as Drew House. His wife, who is a top model, has worked and still works with big beauty brands such as Modelco, Bareminerals, and L’Oréal.
In 2016, she released a makeup collection with Modelco. Around the release of the collection, she said she had always nursed the idea of doing something with a brand in the beauty industry that makes use of natural ingredients in its production.
Possible Product Details
Nothing has been expressly said as to what fans can expect from the brand or its launch date. The odds are however high that it would have a thing or two to do with green beauty and would also prioritize natural beauty.
While speaking in 2016 to a media agency, she said all that most people need is a little highlighter, a little concealer, and mascara.
She, however, added that there are people who are not comfortable with that little coverage. She added that one trick she has learned is mixing moisturizer with foundation, so it’s not so thick. She also noted that the trick would make it appear sheerer.
