The 30-year-old star wore the jewelry piece from American designer Lorraine Schwartz together with her custom Versace dress. Sources report that it took over 600 hours to get on the embroidered bodice of the dress.
Lively in fact told a media outlet that she worked with Christian Louboutin and Lorraine Schwartz to plan both her footwear together with the accessories long before the event which held at Metropolitan Museum of Aankert, New York City.
