Davido who was just in the news for the right reasons when he sold out the O2 arena in London has started to live by the phrase he is well known for, “we rise by lifting others.”
The phrase first came out when he won the artiste of the year sometimes ago when he ended the award collection speech with the phrase.
Now the controversial artiste his well living up to his words, as he recently stated that he is going on a car buying spree for members of his music crew and record label.

Proud CEO of a record label known as 30BG full meaning 30 Billion gang, Davido have a lot of artists, producers, and DJs on the record label and he has promised to get every one of them a car.
He made a lot of money from the O2 show which was sold out, but he explained just recently in an interview how he had to pay a fine for his late appearance on stage, but it is obvious that the fine his little money to the billionaire.
Who Is The Latest Recipient?
The latest recipient of his car buying spree is a member of the label known as Aloma and Lati. Davido shared images of the new Benz he got for the former, and Lati shared a post on Instagram with a heartfelt message thanking Davido for the red Benz he got for him.
Other artists in the record label like Mayorkun, Dremo, Peruzzi and Dj Olu can begin to expect their own brand new automobiles soon. It is such a good time to be a part of the Davido’s crew.
The Humble Beginning
Davido, 26 started his music career about 8 years ago with the release of “back when” where he featured then-popular rapper Naeto c, after which he released “Dami Duro” the song that really pushed him to the limelight as he received massive airplay and love from the Nigerian music scene.
He followed the song up with a lot of other hits like all of you, skelewu, and gobe, to mention a few.
In 2016 he announced on his Twitter page that he has signed a very massive deal with Sony Entertainment, and later that year he left the HKN music group which he created with his cousins B’red and Sina Rambo, to establish his own label named DMW acronym for David Music Worldwide.
Ever since his entrance into the music scene, he has been one of the most consistent African act with a lot of award and international collaborations with artists like Quavo and Meek Mill, to his name.
Together with Wizkid, they are regarded as the top 2 Nigerian artists of the moment, with their fans on twitter regularly arguing who amongst the two is really the best.
