There have just been few details that managed to leak out since the celebrity couple has been so reclusive about their mysterious house – so much so that they had agreed not to film the show on the property.
So any news about their estate is usually a cause for celebration for their fans. One thing is expected: they have a mansion that is spacious enough for Kim, Kanye, and their kids, Psalm, West, North, and Chicago.
Costly Renovation
The millionaires bought the Hidden Hills, California-property way back in 2014 for a whopping $20 million, but obviously, they weren’t just going to stick with the property’s original design.
The estate is 15,667 square feet, a French country style with eight bedrooms, dual baths, spas, saunas, swimming pools, barbeque centers, and even a vineyard.
Renovations proved to be costly as the rapper tapped architect Claudio Silvestrin and Belgian minimalist Axel Vervoordt to revamp their mansion into what Kim now refers to as a “minimal monastery”.

But just how far are Kim and Kanye willing to go to make their abode the best they want it to be? Forbes writer Zack O’Malley Greenburg noted that every surface was white adhering to the minimalistic approach of the designer.
The floors are special, too, as these were made of a specific type of Belgian plaster. If damaged, the exquisite material can only be fixed by a crew from Europe, which means they have to fly in the personnel just to make the necessary repairs.
No wonder the interviewer for Vogue was asked to wear fabric protectors over his shoes just to prevent any scratches on the floor.
That’s far from being the only fascinating feature of the multimillion-house. There is a 130-inch television installed into the floor, which can smoothly rise up and seamlessly slide under. Well, you can technically walk on it as long as the TV is back on the floor.
If you don’t have clear eyesight, then you won’t probably notice light switches around the abode because there’s not a single conventional switch box there. Instead, there are three small buttons on the wall that illuminate the place at night.
