Despite the rumors swirling around that Twitter’s CEO has only received $1.40 as his annual salary since 2018, it seems Jack Dorsey still lives his life to the fullest.

When he’s not busy managing his billion-dollar companies, Square and Twitter, the tech mogul can be found chilling in his humble abode while gazing at the magnificent view of the San Francisco Bay area.

According to sources, Dorsey spent a staggering $22 million just to enjoy the mansion’s luxurious features!

The Mansion

According to sources, Dorsey initially acquired the sea-cliff property in 2012 for an astounding $10 million due to its attractive location and mid-century architecture.

The flat-roofed flat is located atop a cliff overlooking the San Francisco bridge and clear blue water surrounding the area. Despite the vertigo-induced area of the estate, Dorsey says he plans to expand his mansion.

In his quest for expansion, the Twitter CEO ended up spending another $21.9 million as he closed the deal to buy the neighboring house. Dorsey’s recent sea-cliff property acquisition dethroned Marc Benioff’s $18 million real-estate purchase in 2009.

The Cliff Properties

While Dorsey’s mansion never made it to the public listing before the Twitter CEO acquired it, records show the estate spans an area of 3,600 sq.feet. It also features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Hiding behind a cliff and thick foliage, the hard-to-reach mansion provides total privacy from the prying eyes of media. Dorsey acquired the mansion from an unnamed Thai family who bought the estate for only $2.85 million in 1997.

Dorsey’s Other Estate

Aside from his sea-cliff property, Dorsey also owns a compound in the mountainous areas in California.

It seems Dorsey loves to buy cliff-properties as he also has a mid-century real-estate in California. It features a staggering 7,300 square feet with seven bedrooms.

The exterior of the large mansion is brimming with nature. Apart from tall, evergreen trees surround the property, you can also find coyotes, foxes, and even mountain lions roaming around the premises.

His Other Properties

It seems Dorsey’s fascination with collecting luxurious properties runs deep. Aside from his mountain and sea-cliff estate, the Twitter CEO also owns a glass-covered mansion in Hollywood Hills where he spends time with his rumored girlfriend,  Raven Lyn Corneil. The pair were spotted enjoying a romantic holiday in the Caribbeans last December.

Dorsey hired the ANDStudio to design a reverse floor plan for his Hollywood Hills residence. According to sources, all the bedrooms are located on the first floor since Dorsey and Corneil prefer to have the living quarters on the ground floor for convenience and accessibility.

The Features

Meanwhile,  the entertainment spaces and public rooms can be found on the second and third level of the house. Dorsey also has a private office and meeting rooms for business meetings and appointments on days he chooses to work from home.

Dorsey says their guests can also chill and lounge in the gaming room with pool tables, darts, ping pong, and big fluffy couch.

Dorsey also demonstrates his tech-savvy side with a high-end security system installed in his modern mansion. The property is equipped with smart alarms, cameras, and a rumored laser grid that can instantly detect intruders and set off an alarm if anyone dares to trespass his property.
